1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following reliefs:-

“a) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof
thereby, may kindly declare the attachment of property plot no. 3,
Khasra No. 4815 area 0.28 Hac. in front of Nayi Mata mandir, Tehsil

Amer, District Jaipur, as illegal, without jurisdiction, (void ab initio) and
de-seal and release property of the petitioner.

b) The representation given by petitioner to the respondents in
pursuance to the remand order which has been passed by registrar to
decide the case of the petitioner may kindly be directed to decide in 6
weeks or any other time as Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper.

c) Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit,
just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be
passed in favour of the petitioner”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited submission

that respondent No.2-Branch Manager and Recovery Officer,

Sterling Urban Co-Operative Bank Limited, Gopalpura Mod, Tonk

Road, Jaipur, Raj, may be directed to consider and decide the

petitioner’s notice/representation dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure-6),

which is still pending before the respondents, in an expeditious

manner.

3. In view of the aforesaid limited submission, it is directed that

the said pending notice/representation of the petitioner shall be

considered and decided by respondent No. 2-Branch Manager and

Recovery Officer, Sterling Urban Co-Operative Bank Limited,

Gopalpura Mod, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Raj within a period of six

weeks’ from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, by

passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition is disposed

of. Stay application as well as all other pending applications, if

any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
