    Heard Mr.N.Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by
    Mr.Abdul Baquee, learned counsel for the petitioner.

    The applicant, who is the petitioner in AB No.43 of 2024
    approached this Court for permission for leaving State of Manipur from
    27.3.2026 to 5.4.2026 for attending the meeting of Akhil Bharatiya Hind
    Kranti Party, to be held at Delhi in connection with the State Assembly
    Election, 2026 and he has been invited vide letter dated 23.3.2026 by
    the National President.

    The applicant is an accused in FIR No.481 (08) 2024 LPS
    u/s 384
    /506/120-B IPC and petitioner is on interim anticipatory bail by
    an order of this Court and by the present application, petitioner prays
    for permission for leaving State of Manipur for Delhi on 27.3.2026 till
    5.4.2026 in order to attend the meeting at Delhi and will return to
    Manipur on 6.4.2026.

    Issue Notice.

    Ms.R.K.Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate
    assisting Mr.H.Samarjit, learned PP accepts notice on behalf of
    respondent No.1.

    In view of urgency involved in the matter, notice to
    respondent No.2 is dispensed with.

    Mr.H.Samarjit, learned PP submits that Akhil Bharatiya
    Hind Kranti Party is not a recognised political party by the Election
    Commission of India and in the past, petitioner has not complied the
    interim order dated 15.11.2024 and as such there is likelihood of
    absconding.

    Mr.N.Notendro, learned senior counsel for the petitioner
    submits that the petitioner is cooperating with the investigation and
    permission may be granted on such conditions as may be imposed by
    this Court.

    Considering the matter, petitioner is permitted to leave
    State of Manipur on 27.3.2026 for attending the above mentioned
    meeting on 27.3.2026 to 5.4.2026 and to return to Manipur on
    6.4.2026.

    Before parting, petitioner is directed to submit air tickets
    of 27.3.2026 and return tickets to the Investigating Officer. On return,
    petitioner is to appear before the Investigating Officer and the same
    shall be intimated to this Court.

    Crl MC No.11 of 2026 is disposed of.

    List the remaining matters on 15.4.2026.
    Furnish copy of this order to learned counsel for the
    parties, in course of the dcay by WhatsApp or any other available
    means.
