    3. By means of the present C-528 Application, the Applicant
    seeks indulgence of this Hon’ble Court for issuance of appropriate
    directions for expeditious hearing of the proceedings arising out of
    Criminal Case No. 13 of 2025 (FIR No. 434 of 2023), titled “State
    vs. Deshraj
    “, under Sections 452, 498-A, 504, 506 IPC and Section
    3
    /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Police Station
    Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, and presently pending before
    the Court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Bazpur,
    District Udham Singh Nagar.

    4. Learned counsel for the Applicant confines the relief sought
    to a limited prayer that the Court below be directed to proceed with
    the matter and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.

    5. The prayer so made appears to be innocuous and reasonable.

    6. It is well settled that the right to speedy trial is a facet of the
    fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution
    of India.

    7. In view of the aforesaid, the present C-528 Application
    stands disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to make
    all possible endeavours to expedite the hearing and conclude the
    proceedings of Criminal Case No. 13 of 2025 (FIR No. 434 of
    2023), titled “State vs. Deshraj“, under Sections 452, 498-A, 504,
    506 IPC and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961,

    registered at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, as
    expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law and subject to
    there being no legal impediment.
