1. Issue notice to the respondents returnable within a
period of four weeks.
2. Requisite steps for service within a period of two weeks.
3. List along with WP(C) No. 1631/2025 on 29.04.2026.
4. In the meanwhile, subject to objections and till next
date of hearing before the bench, there shall be a stay of the
operation and effect of the judgment impugned dated
07.05.2025 passed in TA No. No. 8416/2020 titled “Sachin
Saini Vs. State of J&K through Commissioner/Secretary
Industries and Commerce Department and Ors.”
