01. The instant petition filed under Section 483(3) read with Section 528

BNSS, has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing the order dated

01.07.2025, as also the order dated 22.10.2025, passed by the Court of

Principal Sessions Judge, Bandipora in case titled Junaid Ahmad Rather

Vs. UT of J&K through SHO, Police Station, Aragam, under FIR No.

41/2023, for offences under Sections 377 IPC 5, 6, 10, 12 of POCSO

Act, whereby bail has been granted to the respondent herein.
