1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :-
“Kindly Issue an appropriate order or direction directing the Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, District Prayagraj, to decide Case No. 1435 of 2021 (Rupal Shukla vs. Abhay Shukla), filed under Sections 13, 25, 26 and 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, within a stipulated time-frame or as expeditiously as possible, as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings under Section 13, 12, 26 & 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act are pending since 2021. It has been further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that appropriate directions be issued to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, District Prayagraj seized with the proceedings of divorce under Section 13, 12, 26 & 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act to decide the same within a stipulated time or in a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
