New Delhi, March 24, 2026: Leading full-service law firm JSA Advocates & Solicitors has announced a significant expansion of its equity partnership, elevating seven retained partners across offices and practice areas to equity partners, effective April 1, 2026.

With this latest round of elevations, the firm’s equity partnership strength has increased to 66 partners, reinforcing its long-term strategy of organic growth and leadership development.

The newly elevated equity partners include Akshat Jain, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Brijita Prakash, Pratik Pawar, Ronak Ajmera, and Shareen Gupta, along with another retained partner, taking the total count to seven. Notably, two women partners are among the new inductees, further strengthening the firm’s focus on diversity and inclusivity in leadership roles.

Bharat Bhushan Sharma – Corporate Practice, Gurugram

  • Focuses on real estate and corporate advisory, with expertise in due diligence, lease documentation, joint development agreements, and infrastructure projects.

Brijita Prakash – Corporate Practice, Bengaluru

  • A specialist in property laws and real estate transactions, known for her work in title diligence, transaction structuring, and advisory for developers in Karnataka.

Pratik Pawar – Disputes Practice, Mumbai

  • Handles litigation and arbitration across corporate disputes, construction contracts, public trusts, and media & entertainment law, with appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, and arbitral tribunals.

Ronak Ajmera – Corporate Practice, Gurugram
