2. The present Suit is one for partition and permanent injunction with
respect to agricultural land measuring 13 Bhigha 1 Biswa comprising in
Khasra No.36/6 (4-16), 15/1(1-4), 37/1(5-0), 37/1/10(2-1), situated in village
Bhorgarh at Narela Bawana Road, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as „the Suit
Property‟).
