The ET LegalWorld roundtable, held in association with S&A Law Offices on March 20, 2026, brought together senior legal and finance leaders to examine emerging dispute strategies under the theme “Risk to Recovery: Strategy for High-Value Infrastructure Litigation and Arbitration.”

The closed-door discussion focused on how legal decision-making can materially influence outcomes in large, capital-intensive infrastructure projects at a time when regulatory scrutiny, financing pressures, and geopolitical uncertainty are reshaping risk profiles across sectors.

The session opened with an address by Manoj Kumar Singh, Counsel at S&A Law Offices, who underscored the importance of aligning dispute strategy with lenders, investors, and project teams.

He noted that in high-value infrastructure projects, disputes cannot be managed in silos and must be closely integrated with financing structures and execution realities to prevent value erosion, preserve stakeholder confidence, and maintain project continuity.
