About the Opportunity
Mangal Leela and Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate for candidates from the 2025 batch, with joining in May 2026. This role offers extensive hands-on exposure to litigation practice, drafting, and court appearances across multiple forums.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh law graduates (Batch of 2025)
- Strong command over English (written and spoken)
- Good drafting and legal research skills
- Technologically proficient
- Preference for candidates residing in Mumbai (especially Western suburbs)
- Prior internship experience preferred
- Willingness to travel between Borivali and Fort, Mumbai
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting legal documents and pleadings
- Attending court proceedings across various courts and tribunals
- Briefing seniors on case matters and preparing list of dates and events
- Supporting case preparation and documentation
- Handling litigation-related assignments across multiple practice areas
Location
Borivali, Mumbai (with travel to Fort and various courts)
Stipend
As per industry standards (increment based on performance)
