Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial issues
• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical notes
• Support regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes
• Maintain and manage legal documentation and records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance
Skills & Expertise
