This role is suited for lawyers with solid experience in civil, commercial, and litigation strategy, looking to work on diverse and high-stakes matters.
📍 Position Details
• Role: Associate / Senior Associate – Non-IP Litigation
• PQE: 2–7 years
• Location: South Delhi
• Qualification: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) / LL.M.
⚖️ Key Responsibilities
• Drafting:
– Suits, written statements, writs
– Counter affidavits, rejoinders, appeals
– Contempt petitions, miscellaneous applications
– Commercial agreements, proofreading & editing
• Handling matters involving:
– Recovery, declaration, possession, injunction
– Specific performance of contracts
• Initiating, defending, and managing litigation matters
• Appearing before District Courts and Delhi High Court
• Coordinating across teams and managing multiple client matters
• Legal research and case strategy analysis
🛠️ Preferred Experience
• Strong exposure to civil and commercial litigation
• Experience in criminal matters (added advantage)
• Familiarity with court procedures and evolving legal frameworks
• Willingness to travel and handle urgent matters, including weekends when required
