International Conference at Nagaland University

About the Organizer

Department of Law, Nagaland University (Central University) established in 2020 is the only institute which provides LL.M and Ph.D. course in the state of Nagaland and GALTER.

About the International Conference

Innovative, adaptable, and collaborative legal systems are needed in today’s fast-changing global context. New technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain, along with environmental issues including climate change, demands quick shift and innovation in legal frameworks.

Adapting to such new realities demands legal practitioners, policy makers and scholars to urgently address these challenges while ensuring justice, equity and the Rule of Law.

Where traditional boundaries between different disciplines including legal studies are getting obscured, multidisciplinary engagement becomes crucial for bringing effective solutions.

The conference brings together legal professionals, researchers, policymakers, academicians, and students from different disciplines in an inclusive dialogue on a diverse array of contemporary legal issues. Among others, emerging trends which influences the development of legal practices, regulations and laws will be deliberated.

The event will promote the dialogue and debate on legal advancements in fields such as international trade, environmental sustainability, human rights, and the intersection of law and technology.
