Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the
FIR/proceeding registered vide P.S. Case No.17(8) 2020 with the
Mawkyrwat Police Station for the alleged offences punishable
under Sections 324/506 read with Section 34 IPC. Quashing is
sought on the premise that the parties i.e., the petitioners and
the respondent No.4 (original complainant), have amicably
settled the dispute.
