    02/13.03.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
    learned A.P.P for the State.

    2. The Petitioner has approached this Court for
    grant of regular bail in connection with Bengabad P.S.
    Case No. 267/2021, corresponding to S.T. No. 529/25,
    registered for the offence under Sections
    147,149,341,323,307,302,504,506,120B of Indian Penal
    Code.

    3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
    the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and
    he has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He
    further submits that similarly situated co-accused, Nema
    Das has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated
    09.12.2022 in B.A. No. 10355 of 2022. He further submits
    that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he
    is languishing in jail custody since 03.11.2025; as such,
    the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits
    that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as
    imposed by this Court.
