About the Internship
Cautio is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This in-office internship offers hands-on experience in corporate legal work, including contract drafting, compliance, and research.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd–5th year of 5-year course)
- Law students (2nd–3rd year of 3-year course)
- Basic understanding of contracts, data protection, and legal research
- Prior corporate legal internship experience is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and service agreements
- Supporting DPDP compliance and policy creation
- Conducting legal research and assisting with corporate legal matters
- Maintaining legal documentation and contract records
