2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection
with FIR No. 164 of 2024, dated 02.05.2024, registered at
P.S. Maharajganj, District Siwan, Bihar, under Sections
341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860.
4. The allegations against the petitioner and other
co-accused is that they had assaulted the son of the
complainant with rods, swords and axes in their hands. The
specific allegation against the petitioner is that he had
sword in his hand and had inflicted blow on the head and
also snatched Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) from the
pocket of the complainant’s son.
