Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Adam Di Vincenzo will speak at Informa’s Antitrust Texas 2025 conference in Houston on October 21.
Mr. Di Vincenzo will be a panelist on the forum’s US merger enforcement update, which will examine current enforcement, merger review and assessment criteria, foreign enforcement, and existing and recent cases. He will be joined by Ruediger Schuett, Lead Counsel at LyondellBasell, Andrew Blumberg, Senior Antitrust Counsel at McKesson and Yan Gao, an attorney at the FTC.
