ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad a constituent of The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad, is recognized by the Bar Council of India. ICFAI Law School offers a wide range of academic programs which include the five-year integrated undergraduate programs.

About the Conference

The Centre for Excellence in IPR is a constituent of ICFAI Law School, IFHE, Hyderabad to promote research and awareness in the field of intellectual property rights. The center is dedicated to impart IP education and training to students, academicians and professionals across the country.

The center for IPR is established to promote interdisciplinary research in intellectual property law, science, technology, arts and economics. The center for IPR is looking forward to undertake research projects on the contemporary issues of importance related to intellectual property rights.

The center provides consultancy services to the innovator, creators and entrepreneurs on the filing, registration, protection, management and infringement of intellectual property rights. The center also regularly organizes conferences, seminars and webinars to spread IP awareness among the students, academicians and professionals.

Submission Guidelines

• Students, research scholars, academicians, professionals, and practitioners in the field of Law, or any other interdisciplinary field.
• Abstract and Full Paper submissions Formatting: Font – Times New Roman, font size 12, spacing 1.5.
• Footnotes: Footnoting style: Bluebook 20th Edition, Times New Roman, font size 10, single-spaced.
• Margins: 1 Inch on all sides
• Word limit: Abstract should be 300-500 words with keywords and must be accompanied by the name, designation, and contact details of the Author(s), and the word limit for a full Paper is 3000- 5000 words exclusive of Footnotes.
• Full paper shall be submitted with a plagiarism report of less than 10%.
• Co-authorship: Up to two authors are allowed.
• All the submissions should be sent to centexcellipr@ifheindia.org
• Selected papers will be published in a book with an ISBN
