About the Journal
The journal is the flagship publication of the Centre for Labour Studies at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat. It aims to promote high-quality, peer-reviewed research by students, academicians, and practitioners, and to serve as a forum for rigorous analysis and reform-oriented scholarship in labour law and allied fields.
We are bringing out the inaugural issue (Volume 1, Issue 1) of this peer-reviewed/refereed journal on the theme: “Contemporary Perspectives on Labour Law”.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: Maximum 300 words
- Open to: Students, academicians, and professionals
- Co-authorship: Maximum of 2 authors
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Citation Style: OSCOLA (4th Edition)
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere
- Similarity exceeding 15% (including AI-generated content) will result in rejection
- Submissions must be anonymised (no author details in the manuscript)
