2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 18-11-2025
passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVI-
cum-Special Judge for NIA cases, Ranchi in Criminal
Miscellaneous Application No. 1975/2025 in connection with
Special (NIA) Case No. 04/2020 arising out of Tiruldih P.S. Case
No. 16/2019, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the
appellant has been rejected.
