2. This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India, has been filed by the petitioner, who is the
defendant in C.O.S.No.24 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court for
Trial and Disposal of Commercial Disputes, Vijayawada, being
aggrieved from the order dated 26.12.2025 passed in I.A.No.58 of
2025 in the said C.O.S, wherein the application filed by the
plaintiff/respondent was allowed and the written statement submitted
by the defendant/petitioner was struck off.
