The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
for quashing of FIR No.0064 dated 17.07.2023 under Section 306 IPC
registered at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana, Punjab (Annexure
P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a
compromise dated 13.05.2024 (Annexure P-2).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that a
compromise has been arrived at between the parties and therefore, the FIR
(Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom be
quashed.
