” Direct to Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the Application No. 6C under Order 39 Rule1/2/4 C.P.C. in Original Suit No. 3118 of 2024 (Ramawati vs Bharthari) pending before him expeditiously and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either parties within the stipulated time granted by this Hon’ble High Court (Annexure No. 1 of the petition)”
