About the Internship
The Chambers of Rajpal Associates is inviting applications for a legal internship offering hands-on exposure to litigation practice. Interns will gain experience in legal research, drafting, and court proceedings while assisting in real-time matters across various forums.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law programme or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
- Eligibility may be relaxed based on experience, knowledge, and legal skills
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Good understanding of litigation and court procedures
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations and documents
- Assisting in appearances and court-related work before courts and tribunals
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions
- Drafting agreements, notices, and other legal documents
- Attending and supporting court proceedings before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts
