About the Organisation
Parens Patrice is a Delhi-based legal organization engaged in litigation, research, and legal drafting, located at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The organization deals with a broad range of matters including Constitutional Law, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and Civil Disputes. Our work emphasizes analytical research, precision in drafting, and courtroom experience before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, CAT, and District Courts.
Internship Details
- Eligibility / Qualification: Pursuing B.A. LL.B or LL.B
- Number of Interns Required: 10
- Duration: 2 Months
- Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Mode: On-site (Delhi-based)
- Stipend: No stipend (academic and professional exposure only)

Roles & Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in:
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing analytical notes.
- Drafting petitions, written statements, replies, and affidavits.
- Preparing case briefs and arguments for ongoing matters.
- Attending court proceedings before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and District Courts.
- Assisting with file management, documentation, and case preparation for arbitration.
