    Heard learned counsel for the parties.

    2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for
    the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 406, 420, 379,
    504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

    3. As per FIR, complainant is widow and she is
    suffering from cancer, diabities, B.P thyoriod disease. The
    accused are elder son and elder daughter-in-law of the
    complainant. The complainant lives in the self acquired house of
    her husband late Vedanand Poddar. Petitioner no.1 is posted in
    Audit and Accounts Department as Senior Audit Officer and
    resides in Delhi and is quarrelsome and of greedy nature and
    misbehave with parents. On 03-06-2022, petitioner no.1 at about
    P.M reached at complainant’s house and abused and assaulted.
    When witnesses Rani Kumari came to save and then also he

    pushed her and entered into house and took Rs. 74 thousand, the
    person amount of complainant and threatened to give money by
    selling house. Previous days when husband of complainant was
    alive, petitioners took loan of Rs. 8 lakh for purchasing flat
    which they did not refund and they sold the land of Bazar Samiti
    and took money Rs. 30 lakh for purchasing land at Delhi and for
    education fee of sons. During period of Corona, her husband
    was ill then accused took Rs. 2 lac and told to refund Rs. 40
    lacs. On 05-06-2022 at 3/4 pm they came to house and told that
    they are going to Delhi and told to sell house and threatened to
    kill the complainant and when she told to refund money of Rs.
    40 lacs then the accused abused and assaulted and took Rs. 74
    thousand from Almirah.
