    04. 1. This Land Acquisition Appeal has been preferred by the
    appellant-State challenging the impugned judgment/award dated
    31st January, 2013 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior
    Division), Sambalpur in L.A. Misc. Case No.9 of 2007.

    2. Mr. Sachidananda Nayak, learned Additional Standing
    Counsel appearing for the appellant-State, by furnishing a letter
    no.271, dated 6th March, 2026 issued by the Special Land
    Acquisition Officer, Talacher-Sambalpur Rail Link, Sambalpur to
    the Office of the learned Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack,
    submitted that since the decretal amount of Rs.18,47,186/-
    (rupees eighteen lakh forty seven thousand one hundred eighty
    six only), as awarded by the learned Civil Judge (Senior
    Division), Sambalpur vide impugned judgment/award dated 31st
    January, 2013 in L.A. Misc. Case No.9 of 2007, has already been
    deposited in the account of the decree holder-Prasanta Kumar Pati

    (respondent no.1 herein) through RTGS on 11th February, 2026,
    this Land Acquisition Appeal may be disposed of as the
    appellant-Land Acquisition Officer shall not be interested to
    pursue the appeal. The letter dated 6th March, 2026 furnished by
    the learned Additional Standing Counsel is taken on record.

    3. In view of the above submission of the learned
    Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant-State,
    this Land Acquisition Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
