On November 13, Milbank LLP Seyda Duman and special counsel Jenna Darler hosted an event focussing on “Identifying Opportunities in Digital Infrastructure” in collaboration with 100 Women in Finance (100WF) in Milbank’s London office.
Seyda Duman and Jenna Darler participated in a wide-ranging panel discussion, giving insights gleaned from their experience across the spectrum of digital infrastructure assets and touching on risk allocation, financing structures and regulatory and permitting challenges as well as offering some perspectives on what comes next. The panel featured a lineup of other distinguished industry experts including Annija Jolivet (IFM Investors) and Harriet Nyeko (Citi), who served as the moderator.
