3. This petition for writ under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-

i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur to accept an alternative bond/personal bond/reduced surety from the petitioner by permit the petitioner to scrap his Vehicle No.UP-71-U-5884.
