Despite valid service of notice, none appears on
behalf of the respondent no. 2.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the
State.
3. This appeal has been filed against the order dated
21.08.2024 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act (POA),
East Champaran, Motihar in ABP No. 3587 of 2024 arising out
of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 210 of 2023 registered under Sections
147, 148 149, 341, 323, 354 (B), 504, 506, 337, 338, 427,
295(A), 153(A) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections
3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5035 of 2024(5) dt.12-03-2026
(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for
anticipatory bail of appellants has been rejected.
