Technology Practice | Bangalore | 2–3 Years’ Experience
Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in advising technology-driven businesses in areas such as:
• Data protection and privacy
• Fintech and healthtech regulations
• Technology and commercial contracts
Private Equity / Venture Capital Team
• 2 years’ experience: Exposure to venture financings from Seed to Series B
• 4 years’ experience: Ability to independently run transactions and mentor junior associates
Company Secretary | 1–2 Years’ PQE
• FEMA and cross-border compliance
• Ongoing corporate compliances
• Supporting private equity and investment transactions
