The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner- Bahadur Singh, with the prayer to set Aside To quash wash the impugned revisional order dated 29.11.2025 passed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mathura in Criminal Revision No. 199 of 2025 (Bahadur Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others) arising out of order dated 01.03.2025 passed by the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Mathura in Case No. 412 of 2025 (Bahadur Vs. Nimesh Chaudhary and others) under Section 61(2), 318(4), 337, 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station-Sadar Bazar, District-Mathura and further to issue appropriate direction to lodge a First Information Report against the opposite party nos. 2 to 7. Issue any other or further order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
