2. The appellant/1st accused was convicted and sentenced by the trial

Court as under:

Penal Provision Sentence of Imprisonment Fine Amount

Sections 5(l) and 20 Years Rigorous Rs.5,000/- for each of the
5(j)(ii) of POCSO Imprisonment for offences, in default to undergo six
Act, 2012 each of the offences months simple imprisonment

The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
