1. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press

the instant Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Petition is

dismissed as not pressed. All pending applications, if any, shall

stand disposed of.

SBCRLRP No.953/2021

1. The instant Criminal Revision Petition has been preferred by

the State of Rajasthan under Section 397 r.w. Section 401 Cr.P.C.

against the order dated 16.01.2021 passed by the learned Addl.

Sessions Judge, Bhinmal Jalore in Sessions Case No.14/2020 (FIR

No.53/2018) whereby the learned Court has dismissed the

application under Section 321 Cr.P.C. filed by the State.
