1. Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bhandari,
learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. Mr. Priya Mewari, learned counsel
holding the brief of Ms. Shruti Joshi, learned
counsel for the respondent.

3. On 12.02.2026, the exemption
application was allowed subject to this
condition that the revisionist shall deposit a
sum of Rs. 5 lakhs in the Registry.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel
for the revisionist that the amount has not
been deposited so far and prayed for 15
days more time to deposit the amount.
