The role offers an opportunity to work on disputes relating to RERA, consumer matters, and commercial litigation while assisting the chamber on ongoing cases and proceedings.
About the Role
The selected candidate will be involved in handling litigation matters relating to the real estate sector and allied disputes. The role requires active participation in drafting, case preparation, and assisting in the overall functioning of the chamber’s litigation practice.
Nature of Work
• Handling litigation matters relating to RERA, consumer disputes, and commercial matters
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and other litigation documents
• Assisting in case preparation and chamber practice
• Managing case files and supporting proceedings before relevant forums
Eligibility Criteria
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters
• Strong legal drafting skills
