1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- “It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to LA (Senior Learned Court below i.e. Civil Judge vision) Meerut to decide the Interim Injunction Application dated 29.01.2026 filed direct top by the Plaintiff/Petitioner in Original Suit No. 167 of 2026 (Alam Dar Vs. Mehrajuddin and others) under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. read with section 151 C.P.C., expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period, which is still pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Meerut and it is further prayed that this Hon’ble Court may also be pleased to direct the Defendants/Respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the Plaintiff/Petitioner and also not raised constructions over the land in dispute situated at Village Assa, Pargana Hastinapur, Tehsil Mawana, District Meerut and/or to pass such other further orders which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances, otherwise the Plaintiff/Petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury.”
