2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :-
“i. issue an order or direction to the Respondent No. 1st set and Respondent No.3rd set not to sell the land and the nature of the property in dispute, situated at Village Muiya Pargana Sikanderpur Purvi, District Ballia till the disposal of the 6C Application dated 24.05.2023 filed in Original Suit No.156 of 2023 (Vinod Kumar Tiwari VS Vijay Kumar and others), which is presently pending in the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Ballia.
