1. By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular
bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 63/2014, registered at Police
Station Special Cell, New Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable
under Sections 3/4 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act,
1999 (hereafter ‘MCOCA’).
2. Briefly stated, the facts of the present case are that on 05.11.2014,
acting on secret information, a raiding party of the Special Cell, Rohini,
Delhi Police chased a Scorpio vehicle bearing registration no. DL-4CNB-
8143 travelling from Rithala towards Sultanpur Dabas, Delhi. The police
