This criminal revision under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. r/w
Section 438 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed being aggrieved by the order
dated 07.01.2026 in ST No.461/2025 by 33rd Additional Sessions Judge,
Indore, whereby the charges under Sections 196(1)(A), 196(1)(B),
197(1)(A), 353(1)(B), 353(1)(C), 3(5) of BNS and Section 66(F)(2) of
IT Act, 2000 have been framed against the revision petitioner in a case
arising out of Crime No.969/2025 registered at P.S. Khajrana, Urban.
2. The facts of the case in brief are that Crime No.969/2025 was
registered at the instance of S.I. Ghanshyam Mishra posted at police
station Khajrana when he found that information is being spread through
social medial platform that have tendencies to disturb the communal

harmony as well as to promote the anti-national activities. After
investigations, the final report was submitted.
