Heard both the sides.
The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody in connection
with Jorapokhar (Dhanbad) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 (Special POCSO
Case No.133 of 2025) for the offence registered under Sections 65(1), 62
of the BNS, 2023 and under Sections 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act, has
prayed for regular bail.
It is submitted by the learned Senior counsel on behalf of
petitioner that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted for
kidnapping under Section 87 of BNS, 2023 and under Section 4(2) of the
POCSO Act.
