In 2025, for the second year in a row, Milbank LLP was the most active international law firm advising on cross-border debt capital markets transactions by Brazilian issuers, advising issuers or initial purchasers in more than a dozen bond offerings by Brazilian corporate and financial institution issuers, for a total of more than US$10 billion in issuance proceeds. These offerings represent a wide variety of transactions, including structured and secured bonds, investment grade bonds (including SEC-registered bonds), high-yield bonds, and green and blue bonds. In addition, Milbank advised on many of the most innovative and structured syndicated loan and direct lending transactions in 2025, a tendency that we believe will continue in 2026.
