1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant is aggrieved by the denial of
anticipatory bail passed by the High Court of Judicature at
Patna in CRM No. 77613 of 2024 in connection with FIR
No.153 dated 26.06.2024 for offence(s) punishable under
Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860, and Sections 13(2) and 13(1)(d) of the
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
3. By order dated 01.08.2025, this Court granted
protection from arrest to the appellant subject to the
condition that she joins and cooperates with the
investigation in connection the aforestated FIR.
