Role Overview
We are looking for a professional who actively uses LinkedIn for networking, personal branding, and opportunity generation to conduct live online sessions for law students and young legal professionals.
The candidate will guide learners on how to build and optimize their LinkedIn profiles, create a strong professional presence, network strategically, and leverage the platform to find internships, freelance opportunities, and legal projects.
The role primarily involves delivering practical and interactive live sessions, demonstrating LinkedIn strategies, sharing real-world insights, and answering learner questions.
This is a session-based teaching opportunity for professionals who have successfully used LinkedIn for career growth, business development, or building a professional brand.
Eligibility Criteria – Teaching Faculty
This person should be able to translate practice into learning.
A. Platform Experience (Must Have)
- Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing LinkedIn profiles
- Active use of LinkedIn for professional networking, opportunity generation, or personal branding
- Experience using LinkedIn to secure internships, collaborations, freelance work, or professional opportunities
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn features such as profile optimization, content strategy, networking, and outreach
B. Teaching & Delivery Skills
- Prior teaching, mentoring, training, or workshop experience preferred
- Comfortable conducting live, interactive online sessions
- Ability to:
- Demonstrate LinkedIn profile optimization and platform features
- Provide feedback on learner profiles
- Answer learner questions and guide them on improving their professional presence
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Live Session Delivery
- Conduct interactive live online sessions (90–120 minutes) for law students and young professionals.
- Deliver practical, application-focused sessions rather than purely theoretical explanations.
- Guide learners through step-by-step demonstrations, including profile optimisation, practical use cases, and platform features.
- Encourage active participation, discussions, and Q&A during sessions.
2. Assignment Assessment and Feedback
- Review learner’s LinkedIn profiles
- Provide structured, detailed, and personalised feedback to help learners improve their profiles and strategies.
- Identify areas of improvement and actionable steps learners can implement immediately.
- Support learners in understanding best practices for building visibility, credibility, and opportunities on the platform.
Requirements
- Must have a well-optimized and active profile on LinkedIn
- Must have personally used the platform to generate professional paid opportunities, such as internships, collaborations, or freelance legal clients/projects.
- Candidates with proven track record of securing freelance legal work or professional opportunities through the platform will be preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to commit to doing weekly, time-bound sessions at a time of mutual convenience
- A passion for teaching
Time Commitment
- Sessions are held on weekdays (7-8:30 PM) or Sundays (11 AM-12:30 PM)
- Our sessions require strict adherence to the mutually decided schedule
Compensation
- Rs. 2000 -Rs. 4000 per session (based on experience and subject area)
