This second appeal, under section 100 of CPC has been filed against
the judgment and decree dated 7/2/2005 passed by X Additional District
Judge (Fast Track Court), Gwalior in Civil Appeal No. 01A/2005 thereby
reversing the judgment and decree dated 17/9/2004 passed by VIII Civil
Judge Class II, Gwalior in Civil Suit No. 69A/2000.
2. By order dated 2/7/2007, this appeal was admitted on the following
substantial questions of law:-
“1. Whether the rented accommodation can be said alternative
accommodation for the business ?
