1. Heard Sri Bal Keshwar Srivastava and Sri Trideep Narayan Pandey, learned counsels for the petitioner, and Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned AGA, including Sri Shivendra Shivam Singh Rathore and Sri Gyan Singh, learned State Counsels, for respondents no.1 to 3.
2. No notice be issued to respondent no.4 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed.

Learned counsels for the petitioner after arguing at some length state that as they have already filed an anticipatory bail application before the learned trial court as such they do not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid anticipatory bail application.
