Eligibility Criteria
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Candidates preferably based in Patna
- Strong knowledge of Indian procedural and substantive laws
- Experience in legal drafting, pleadings, and research
- Familiarity with court practice and filing procedures
- Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, writ petitions, applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notices
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
- Assisting in matters before the Hon’ble Patna High Court and other courts/tribunals
- Coordinating with clients, advocates-on-record, and court officials
- Supporting litigation strategy and advisory work handled by the chambers
Remuneration
Compensation will be in accordance with industry standards and commensurate with experience and capability.
