Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
  • Candidates preferably based in Patna
  • Strong knowledge of Indian procedural and substantive laws
  • Experience in legal drafting, pleadings, and research
  • Familiarity with court practice and filing procedures
  • Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting pleadings, writ petitions, applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notices
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
  • Assisting in matters before the Hon’ble Patna High Court and other courts/tribunals
  • Coordinating with clients, advocates-on-record, and court officials
  • Supporting litigation strategy and advisory work handled by the chambers

Remuneration

Compensation will be in accordance with industry standards and commensurate with experience and capability.
