Call for Papers – IJCLP (Volume 14):

The International Journal on Consumer Law and Practice (IJCLP), published annually by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), is inviting submissions for Volume 14 (General Issue).

About IJCLP:

  • Established in 2013 under the aegis of the Consumer Law and Practice Chair (CLAP Chair) at NLSIU, Bangalore.
  • Headed by Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Patil, who also serves as the Chief Editor.
  • An open-access, blind peer-reviewed journal, indexed on SCOPUS, HeinOnline, and SCC OnLine.
  • Supported by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.

Submission Deadline:

  • Extended Deadline for Volume 14: March 31, 2026

Themes for Submission:

IJCLP welcomes contributions from academics, practitioners, and students on topics including:

  • Consumer welfare legislation and its implementation
  • Consumer rights in the digital era
  • Technological advancements in consumer protection
  • Effectiveness of mediation in consumer disputes
  • International consumer protection frameworks and policy

Submission Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and anonymized.
  • Citation style: OSCOLA (4th ed.).
