Heard Mr. S.K. Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicants.

2. This interlocutory application was filed on 19.07.2022 under section 5
of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 463 days beyond the period of
limitation in filing the restoration application for setting aside the order dated
26.03.2019, passed in Test.App. No. 5/2011.

3. Issue notice returnable on 22.04.2026.

4. The applicants shall take steps within 2 (two) working days for service
of notice on the respondents by speed post with A/D.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant is at liberty to collect the postal
receipt number from the Registry and submit postal track report prior to the
next date of listing.
